It's like mathematics. If you know how to do arithmetic operations, you'd probably get everything right. Online tests usually do figure reasoning, and if your proctored test is WAIS, then online would be different from the proctored one. So the answer is "it depends". It depends on the online test you take and the proctored one you pick.
The web-tests are not incredibly accurately, however. They're giving you an indication. I scored 132 on the Norwegian web-test, and well above that on the physical test. I was curious about my IQ to see if it was Mensa worthy, so I took the various online Mensa test (Norway, Denmark) and my score was 125-126 saying I was in the 95 percentile. I read somewhere that if you score 125 or higher it is recommended to go through with the real test to get accepted into Mensa.
